39 High-Protein Breakfast Ideas
Blackberry French Toast is a great

use. I love this quick and easy breakfast dish because it offers both protein
(cottage cheese) and carbohydrates (strawberries) needed for energy throughout
the day.
This southwest tofu scramble is a twist on
a typical breakfast dish. There are sweet flavors and spices, but it still has
some savory notes that make it great for a weekday breakfast. This dish is made
